Villa Vidrier Cristal is an impressive 3-bedroom property that has fantastic views over the surrounding countryside, as well as a private swimming pool and a superb, spacious garden. This striking, traditional stone villa stands in spacious grounds. Outside the house is a covered alfresco eating are and brick BBQ, with a path leading across the large lawn garden to the private swimming pool. Also, by the poolside is a south-facing terrace with plenty of space to sunbathe.

From the country lane, double gates open onto a private driveway and parking area. A path leads to the main entrance at the front of the house. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The house also has several traditional features including an ornamental fireplace and wooden beamed ceiling. An archway leads into the dining area where there is a table and seating for 6 people. The dining room also has an authentic Spanish vibe, with exposed stonework walls, huge windows overlooking the grounds, and patio doors onto the BBQ terrace. The pantry and well-equipped kitchen are adjacent to the living area, where there is a smaller breakfast table for your morning coffee. The second lounge, on the first floor, also has a flat screen TV as well as a wood burner fireplace and patio doors onto a spacious, furnished balcony. From here, you will have magnificent views over the villa grounds and pool, to the open country and hillside.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a separate bathroom. The remaining twin bedroom with an en suite shower room is on the first floor. All 3 bedrooms have the same traditional beamed ceiling, tiled floors and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
